MINIX now moves into the ultra-high-end of compact workstations with the Elite ER939-AI. It follows the strong success of the ER936-AI and ER937-AI models. The new ER939-AI brings desktop-class power and serious AI acceleration in a compact body. The Elite ER939-AI, branded by MINIX as an “AI Mini Workstation,” runs on the powerful AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor. Whether you create content, build AI workflows, or game in 8K, this mini PC is built to handle it all.

Compact yet powerful, the ER939-AI measures just 205×192×70 mm and weighs around 1.3 kg. The metal-plastic chassis gives it a premium, solid feel. With support for quad 8K displays, advanced AI computing, and massive multitasking capability, The MINIX ER939-AI is ideal for professionals in design, data science, and development.

At the heart of the ER939-AI sits the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor. Chip has a 16-core, 32-thread chip with boost speeds up to 5.1GHz. It’s built on the Zen 5 architecture, offering massive performance improvements over the previous generation. Whether you’re rendering 3D projects, training AI models, or multitasking across heavy workloads, this CPU handles it all with ease.

Meanwhile, the integrated Radeon 8060S GPU delivers smooth visuals and excellent compute performance for creative and AI applications. Combined with the new Ryzen AI NPU, offering 50 TOPS of AI processing power and up to 126 TOPS overall, the ER939-AI is ready for next-gen AI acceleration.

The Elite ER939-AI introduces a triple-fan cooling system with a twin-turbo intercooler. It keeps temperatures low even under full load. This “AI Mini Workstation” features three performance modes: Silent (55W), Balanced (85W), and Performance (120W). You can easily adjust power and noise to match your workflow. It’s a smart system that keeps things quiet while still delivering serious performance.

MINIX equips this model with 8x16GB of LPDDR5-8000MHz RAM, offering a total of 128GB. That’s twice the memory ceiling of most compact PCs. We can certainly expect a discount coupon on the official MINIX website at the time of the unveiling.
